The site continues to be underdevelopment. We will post information on our condos and local information for each location. We have posted pictures and information along with recently updated calandar for you to view. We want to share our collection of Beach Front Villas and Condos that we own. There are five condos to chose from. One in Ko Olina Hawaii, three in North Myrtle Beach, SC and one in Galveston Texas. For now we are only posting our condos here but once we have things running we will be adding those of our neighbors and friends located in the same buildings. 11/14/11-We are in Ko Olina now and will be heading back to NJ tomorrow. I hate to leave the weather has been beautiful. It seems the rest of the world has discovered us. President Obama and 21 other heads of state including the President of China and Russia had their APEC summit meeting in the Ko Olina resort. Lots of Security. Things are calming down and Obama is next door at the Disney Aulani Resort having a fund raiser brunch. Maybe we can rent our condo to him next time!
12/15/11-We are in North Myrtle beach. It is that time of year to prepare our three condos for the up coming season. Lately we have had less time since the rental season is runing from January through November! That leaves us four weeks in December to clean up and upgrade our condos. This time around we installed new HD 32 inch flat screen TV's in the bedrooms at both Crescent Shores units. Put a new sofa in 1512 and new chest of drawers in both 1512 and 1006. Our major project was replacing all the carpeting in the units with woodflooring engineered for the beach. It took us a bit longer than we anticipated. Imagine moving twelve bedrooms of furniture, ripping up carpeting, preping the floors, laying down the new floor, moulding, caulking and cleaning the entire unit. Along with the endless trips to Home Depot. We hope that you will agree that the results are stunning. Come check us out for 2012. I will post pictures as soon as we get back to NJ.
1/2/12-I hope everyone had a great Christmas and New Years. We were in staying in our Galveston Texas condo. I did not realize how warm it could be down here in the winter. It was mixed weather some days in the 70's and others in the 50's. It is very beautiful on the beach. I hope we get some more interest from Snowbirds in the future. We are looking at upgrading our flooring here too but have not gotten to it just yet. The segway tour was lots of fun and our kids enjoyed NASA.
